I have had multiple heat issues at my house, and the crew from Thermodyne has been absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. They have come out every time I’ve called with no questions asked, and have helped me and my fiancé understand our heat system better so we can diagnose at home before they come out. Steve (the owner), Dave, and Jared (I believe that was his name) have all been an absolute DELIGHT to work with. I highly HIGHLY recommend them! I needed my geothermal heat pump checked out - hadn’t done it in 2 years. Thermodyn’s pricing is very reasonable and the technician who came out, Lance, was very knowledgeable. He not only checked out everything and explained it as he did, but showed me how to use the aux humidifier which I’d never been able to figure out in the 6 years since we moved in here! I highly recommend Thermodyn if you have geothermal and need maintenance or repairs. I’ve found that most HVAC companies in this area do not have significant expertise in geo, but Thermodyn definitely does.

Absolutely Amazing Diagnosis by Noah on my 2 stage Trane AC unit. This unit was installed by a Summers technician incorrectly for 12 years. Both High & low were wired together. So running on high on heat and air for 12 years! Noah found the short in the outside unit. Wired the 2 stages correctly & changed my blower settings on thermostat. I would highly recommend Thermodyne! And a special thank you to Noah for diagnosing and fixing the system correctly in my new house. Thank you sir! Customer for life! Prompt courteous service! Knowledgeable well mannered technician!

THERMODYN was the only place that I could find that would sell me a furnace control board. All the supply houses told me I needed to be a contractor with an EPA number to buy anything from them. Thermodyn sold me the part to get my mother's heat back on in -8-degree temperatures. They printed the wiring diagram and advised me on what to look for during installation. Thank you for all your help!

They were very prompt and came out to repair our AC. Tech was very helpful and answered all my questions, explained about our aging unit, and cleaned unit and added refrigerant. The charges were very reasonable and the tech was so helpful! Highly recommend!

First of all thank you Thermodyne and Drew … for the excellent work in customer service you guys provided me… They went well above and beyond taking care of their customer and told me how to save me money if I wanted too, and their price was $359 compared to CJS heating and air company $$1100 plus , not only did Drew and Thermodyne provide a better price, he told me for $80 he’d install part if I got it , which he told me how to get it to save me months …Drew explained Everything I asked him thoroughly and efficiently without question best service I’ve received in my past years of dealing with heating and cooling company I definitely will be contacting them and letting friends and family know to go to Thermodyne and ask for Drew ….thank you Drew for your great service…wish you guys all the best !!
