Dylan was great!!

We had an AC unit that was not working and called Thermodyn and they were able to send out a technician that same day. Brandon got there promptly and braved the pouring rain and weather conditions and cleaned the outside unit and quickly discovered that the unit needed a new capacitor. He had a new part on hand and replaced it and also cleaned out the entire outside unit. He did this all in the intense rain, carefully explained to me what all he had done, and checked the unit to make sure it was working properly before he left. Thank you Brandon, for your hard work and dedication! Price was very good, service was amazing, and Thermodyn rocks!

Taking care of a house for my deceased Uncle an Aunt who is in assisted living. HVAC system had not been serviced in 4 years. Called Thermodyne and they came first thing the next day. Serviced the system, checked everything thoroughly and made a recommendation for future service. Very pleased with the work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Dylan came first thing in the morning and got my air conditioner fixed almost immediately. He was kind and professional and added a warm sense of humor to his work. I would recommend him for any type of work you need done. If I would rate his work out of 10, I would give him a 20. Super impressed by him. Thermodyn has been so faithful to me over the years. It is always the first person I call. The girls in the office are just as nice as Dylan. Just a great honest company to work with.

Dylan Howell came out and fixed our A/C, and the problem turned out to be a bad capacitor. He was very friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He thoroughly cleaned the unit while he was here, cleaned up everything before he left, and made sure the A/C was running properly before leaving to ensure the issue was completely resolved. The A/C is working great now. I really appreciate his excellent service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Dylan to anyone needing HVAC work!
