Dylan did a good job on our hvac equipment highly recommend him and thermodyn…

Awesome guys tyler was really polite and nice to deal with.

I called Thermodyn, Inc. with a problem relating to my Generac Generator (I have used them once in the past as they are a preferred service company for Generac) and I spoke with someone right away (+) and she was nice, professional and helpful (+). She said that she thought their technician would be able to come out today.....What??? Today, unheard of! (+) and sure enough, he was able to be out the same day.(+) Doug, remembered coming to help me several years back, which was cool. He is super nice, super knowledgable and very easy going! (++++). He told me what the issue was and how he would go about fixing it! BOOM! Done! Problem Solved! It is so very nice to have a service call go well! Thank you again, Thermodyn, and DOUG! We really appreciate your help and could not recommend you more for anyone needing Generator service!

Amazing service! So very happy with Thermodyn across the board. I was able to speak with someone straight away and she was able to schedule service same day! UNREAL! The technician, Doug, was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it! No problem! It is just so nice to have a good experience when it comes to services for your home! It seems we only hear about the bad ones. Thank you to Thermodyn, Inc and Doug for the help on our Generac Generator. I highly recommend Thermodyn for your Generator needs!

We love thermodyn and they got the problem fixed in no time. Highly recommend them awesome job!!!!

Dylan H is a heck of a worker! He was friendly and had my unit up and running in minutes. I would suggest him and Thermodyn to any of my friends and family. My wife is pregnant so getting my unit up in a timely manner was absolutely crucial on this hot day/week!

Dylan was great!!

We had an AC unit that was not working and called Thermodyn and they were able to send out a technician that same day. Brandon got there promptly and braved the pouring rain and weather conditions and cleaned the outside unit and quickly discovered that the unit needed a new capacitor. He had a new part on hand and replaced it and also cleaned out the entire outside unit. He did this all in the intense rain, carefully explained to me what all he had done, and checked the unit to make sure it was working properly before he left. Thank you Brandon, for your hard work and dedication! Price was very good, service was amazing, and Thermodyn rocks!

Dylan with Thermodyn is amazing he did a wonderful job. We was dying up in this hotel before he left it was cool! Thanks Dylan!!

AC not working. Called and got very good response. Brandon was our technician and by the time the visit was over I not only got my AC running but had a great conversation and interaction with the technician! A great experience and thank you Brandon!

I work at Primrose Retirement Facility in Kokomo, Indiana. Jason, Dylan, and Dave went above and beyond to help us replace a water heater for the facility. They put in hard and great work to get us up and running back to normal. Greatly appreciated their commitment and hardworking!

I have used thermodyn for the last 10 years they are the best would not use anyone else. Highly recommend…..

Taking care of a house for my deceased Uncle an Aunt who is in assisted living. HVAC system had not been serviced in 4 years. Called Thermodyne and they came first thing the next day. Serviced the system, checked everything thoroughly and made a recommendation for future service. Very pleased with the work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Dylan came first thing in the morning and got my air conditioner fixed almost immediately. He was kind and professional and added a warm sense of humor to his work. I would recommend him for any type of work you need done. If I would rate his work out of 10, I would give him a 20. Super impressed by him. Thermodyn has been so faithful to me over the years. It is always the first person I call. The girls in the office are just as nice as Dylan. Just a great honest company to work with.

Dylan Howell came out and fixed our A/C, and the problem turned out to be a bad capacitor. He was very friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He thoroughly cleaned the unit while he was here, cleaned up everything before he left, and made sure the A/C was running properly before leaving to ensure the issue was completely resolved. The A/C is working great now. I really appreciate his excellent service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Dylan to anyone needing HVAC work!
